Our Office hours are Mon-Sat 8am to 6pm and our drivers operate Mon-Sat between the hours of 4am to 11pm
ABOUT FRS TRANSPORATION:
Since January 2001, FRS Transportation has provided Non-Emergency Medical Transportation(NET) to Highland County residents eligible thru Medicaid. We have also provided job and educational training transportation thru the TANF program of the Highland County Department of Jobs and Family Services(HCDJFS)
In recent years FRST, in part thru grants provided by the Ohio Department Of Transportations(ODOT) now provides transportation to the general public in Highland, Adams, and Brown County.
OUR VEHICLES:
Our wheelchair accessible vehicles are equipped with all standard safety equipment. All company vehicles are clearly marked for easy identification.
SERVICE AREA:
FRS Transportation provides transportation throughout Highland, Adams, and Brown County for the general public and to the surrounding areas of Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati and Portsmouth through various grants, contracts and services. Please call to find out more.

ODOT OFFICE OF TRANSIT & FTA GRANTS:
Mobility Management Grant:
Funding helps provide a Mobility Manger to work towards improving mobility and transportation services in Highland, Adams, and Brown County.
Grants are provided by ODOT along with FRS Transportation, and ABCAP
5311/5339 Program Grant:
Funding helps with the purchase of and maintenance for accessible vehicles as well as operation funding for our Public Transportation Plan. These projects assist the elderly and all other residents of Adams, Brown, and Highland County.
